Another variation (for true choco-holics): drop a single Hershey's kiss in the center of each cookie about halfway into the baking time.

Follow the Nestle's Toll House recipe on the back of the chip package EXCEPT: use no nuts (this is a chocolate cookie- we don't need no stinkin' nuts). Cut the sugar (both regular and brown) in half and replace with an equal amount of Nestle's Quik mix.
